General Information

All products may be ordered by contacting us via our web site or by phone, fax, email or mail.  Orders are filled within 24 to 48 business hours upon receipt of payment unless you are otherwise notified.

You will receive notification via telephone or email regarding the status of your order and total charges (including shipping/handling, taxes and discounts as applicable).

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities. We will notify you immediately and refer you to an alternative distributor in the event that we foresee a problem in filling your order.

Shipping and Handling

Shipments within the continental United States are subject to the shipping and handling charges as outlined below. Shipping/handling charges are based upon the method of delivery chosen and the total number of items included in the shipment.

All orders shipped within the continental United States are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested by the purchaser.  If you require expedited shipment, contact us at 412-854-5750 and we can provide you with express shipping costs.

Taxes and Other Applicable Charges

All shipments within the state of Pennsylvania are subject to 6% sales tax.

All shipments to Canada are subject to 5% GST.

The shipment of goods to destinations outside the U.S. (including Canada) may be subject to customs, taxes and/or import duties as required by the country into which the shipment is being made. The receiver/purchaser of goods is responsible for all applicable customs, taxes and/or import duties. Contact your local customs office for further information.

Payment Options

Forms of payment accepted include check, money order and credit card.

Orders not paid via credit card must be pre-paid prior to shipment. Checks should be made payable to Partners in Change, Inc.

Credit cards accepted include MasterCard, Visa and American Express. No charges will be applied to your credit card until your order has been processed and your product(s) is en route to you.

All payments must be made in U.S. currency.
